The Spring Leadership Series is an annual program to bring events to Minnesota State University, Mankato that promoted leadership skills. The design uses very flexible symbolism to represent the focus of each event. Emphasis was placed on creating a symbol that was careful not to discriminate who a leader was or could be. The colors are a standard light palette to help establish a greater tie with spring. The design also had to be flexible enough to be advertised on a variety of different media.
