North Loop is one of Minneapolis’s fastest growing neighborhoods. The North Loop Neighborhood Association came to 90 Degree Media to have a website designed and developed that would serve as a place to post the association’s activities, events, and business directory. I was contracted to provide the design. The design had to consider the use of a premium WordPress theme that was chosen to help make maintenance simple for NLNA. Due to the amount of content the sidebar layout was chosen to allow users to easily navigate to any part of the site in as few clicks as possible. Care was taken to keep in line with North Loops established design standards while expanding on it in ways that fit the new online presence. I also had the opportunity to do some of my own photography for this project, providing the client with a broader base of photos to work with for future projects.
